We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Sines, Portugal.
Lead and coordinate all electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities on the data centre project, ensuring alignment with project specifications, client requirements, and delivery milestones.
Subcontractor & Vendor Management
Oversee electrical subcontractors and specialist vendors, ensuring they deliver their scope safely, on time, and to the required quality standards, while resolving technical issues and sequencing conflicts on site.
Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance
Review electrical drawings, installations, and equipment installations to ensure compliance with design intent, Portuguese regulations, EU standards, and project QA/QC procedures.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track electrical progress against programme, identify potential delays or constraints, and provide clear reporting and updates to the Project Manager and wider construction leadership team.
Health, Safety & Risk Control
Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with project Health & Safety requirements, conducting regular inspections, supporting RAMS reviews, and enforcing safe systems of work across all electrical activities.
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Portugal
